Rachael Dixon works in the capacity of Artist Manager / Day to Day Manager for Secret Service Artist Management (part of the Secret Sounds Group) who guide the careers of Bernard Fanning, The Grates, Powderfinger and Sahara Beck.

A musician herself, Rachael started out as a singer/songwriter performing in bands around Brisbane whilst she was studying her Bachelor of Music.

She has a varied background in the industry which lead to her appointment at Secret Service, working for the Department of Education in Qld as an Instrumental Music Teacher; Sales Assistant and Specialities Product Buyer in Music retail (HMV Australia) and as a Sales & Promotions Coordinator for Universal Music Australia. As part of the Secret Sounds Group Rachael has also worked across a large scale Festivals and smaller events.
