From Melbourne via the Outback, with a decade in London under her belt, Jemma Burns brings a unique note to her role as one of the most in demand Music Supervisors working in Australia.

After breaking into the industry on Summer Heights High, Burns’ has now worked on 70-odd productions. She regularly collaborates with some of the world’s most renowned production companies such as Plan B Entertainment (Moonlight, 12 Years a Slave,) on War Machine, Oscar Nominated Lion with See-Saw Films (The King’s Speech) and three Netflix Original productions out of the US. Career highlights include a Score Oscar Nomination for Lion; working with Jane Campion on Top of the Lake: China Girl, the first TV series to play at Cannes Film Festival (alongside Twin Peaks) and working with director David Michôd on the Brad Pitt produced War Machine.

Upcoming productions including the highly anticipated Mary Magdalene starring Joaquin Phoenix, Rooney Mara and Chiwitel Ejiofor and the first Australian Netflix.
