Gregg Donovan started his career in the early 90’s as a manager and local promoter in Canberra. In mid 90’s he moved to Sydney to work as an office manager for promoter Steve Pavlovic (Pav Presents). He soon became a tour manager / promoter rep working with the likes of Fugazi, The Beastie Boys, NOFX and Ben Harper. After that he went out on his own as a freelance tour manager and worked with Pearl Jam, Ricky Martin, Shania Twain, At The Drive In, The Mars Volta, Deftones, Lily Allen, The Happy Mondays and Muse to name a few. Gregg won two ALMAS (Australian Live Music Awards) for his work as a tour manager and is also a founding member of theAAM (Australian Association of Managers) where he spent three years on the board. From Jan 2004 to April 2006 he was a Board Member for the International Music Managers Forum and from April 2002 to Dec 2003 a Board Member for Music NSW. In 2001 he started his own artist management company, Step2 Artist Management. In 2007 Gregg Donovan and Stuart MacQueen decided to partner up and start a new company called Wonderlick Entertainment.
Wonderlick has a JV with Sony ATV Publishing & also has a label JV with Sony Music ( Amy Shark, Holy Holy, Montaigne, Japanese Wallpaper to name a few). He currently manage careers of Boy & Bear, Grinspoon, Montaigne, Airbourne, Josh Pyke, The Outdoor Type, Phil Jamieson, William Bloom and The Paper Kites.
