What do I get for my membership?
Membership provides full access to every course available on the site. We provide monthly and yearly memberships for individuals, and an annual membership cycle for schools, institutions and other organisations. All in all, it’s over 33+ hours of video content (and growing all the time) in brilliant bite-sized units from industry mentors answering all the most frequently asked questions as well as the questions you SHOULD be asking. Because you never know what you don’t know.
Can I take a peek to see what it’s all about before I commit to anything?
I am more than happy for people to buy a one month membership – $37, hoover up all the knowledge they seek, then cancel their memberships before the next months pay cycle is up. If you like what you see, I suggest you go in and buy an annual sub for $277 – heaps cheaper than 12 months of $37 ($444).
How do I cancel my membership?
Just sign in and go to your account page – http://
Are you a registered training organisation (RTO)?
No. We may head down that path in a few years time but for now, I do not have RTO status, which means that completing all our courses doesn’t mean you can win a certificate. You will however win at a music career.
I’m a music teacher/mentor myself, I’d like to organise discounted membership for my students to your great site?
Yes, absolutely! Hit me up for a personal 25% discount voucher that you can offer your young padawans. We need to reward those young go-getters for having the gumption to reach out.
I am a teacher – do you offer education discounts for schools or institutions?
We have a number of options for educators, and the more students you have, the cheaper it gets. We can also offer open IP access for school networks. I am quite flexible in my arrangements with schools because I really want to see the work we’ve created here to be seen by as many young people as possible.
What kind of organisations and institutions do you currently work with? Are you the real deal?
We have provided organisational memberships for Music Tasmania, Music Industry College (Brisbane) and QUT (Nationally). We are also in discussions with a number of organisations and institutions to create the best possible partnership for each groups specific needs.
Do you offer any other services?
Yes, Music Industry Inside Out has partnered with a number of regional councils (Toowoomba Regional Council, Ipswich City Council) and community groups (Expressive Ground) to present weekly, monthly and 3 monthly workshop and panel programs for their communities.
Martine also works as a music business mentor for emerging artists and managers.
I’d like to become a contributor!
If you have an idea for an article, and it’s specific to music and more importantly – the Australian/NZ music industry, then we’d love to talk. We’ve had a heap of guest contributors and I think it really helps to broaden the scope of the blog and the diversity of content on offer. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange something.
I’d like to request a new course topic or I’d like to request an interview with one of my industry role models.
Yes! Request away! If you see a gap that needs to be filled, please drop a line to email@example.com! I’d love to hear from you.
I’d like to do an interview for you.
If you know your stuff and want to share your knowledge, I would be delighted to set up an interview with you. We’ve done a few sessions via SKYPE but I do prefer to do them in person just to guarantee a certain level of quality. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
